AI visibility audit

Does AI name your business — or your competitor?

When customers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or Grok for a recommendation, one or two businesses get named — and the rest vanish. Run a free audit to see where you stand, and exactly what to fix.

Why this matters now

Your customers are starting to ask AI instead of Google.

More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity “who’s the best [category] near me?” — and act on whatever names come back. When the answer is one or two businesses, everyone else is invisible. That share is only growing, and most owners have no idea where they stand.

How the score works

An honest 0–100 — and exactly how we get it.

No black box, no pay-to-win. Here’s the whole method, start to finish.

1
We ask the real questions. About 10 of the questions your customers actually type, across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok.
2
We check if you show up. In each answer: are you named first, named, just listed, or absent? Higher-intent questions (like “best … near me”) count for more.
3
We measure two things. Visibility — the weighted share of questions where you appear. Accuracy — whether what AI says about you (address, hours, services) is right; we mark it “N/A” when there’s nothing to verify, rather than guess.
4
We blend them into your 0–100. 70% visibility, 30% accuracy — the same formula for every business.

Our promise
We don’t sell rankings, and no one can pay to change their score. When the public web simply lacks information about you, we say so — we never pretend the AI is “wrong” to scare you into upgrading.
FAQ

Straight answers.

No asterisks. Here’s what the audit is, what it costs, and what we do (and don’t do) with your data.

Is the audit really free?
Yes. Your visibility score and your single highest-impact fix are free — no credit card, no account. The only thing we charge for is ongoing monitoring (monthly re-audits + drift alerts) at $20/mo, and that’s free forever for nonprofits.
How accurate is the score?
We sample the real AI engines your customers use — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok — on about 10 of the questions they actually ask, then score what comes back. We never fudge it. We measure two things separately: Visibility (how often AI names you) and Accuracy (whether what it says about you is right). When there’s nothing to verify, we mark Accuracy “N/A” rather than guess.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don’t sell your data, and no one can pay to change their score. We store only your business profile, the results, and (for a live audit) the email you give us to send the report — never any PHI.
What does $20/mo unlock?
The full prioritized fix list, the exact directories to get listed on, the complete competitor leaderboard (every rival and their share of AI answers), the per-query breakdown, and ongoing monitoring that re-checks you monthly and alerts you when your visibility changes. See pricing →
I’m a nonprofit — can I get it free?
Yes. NamezAI is free forever for nonprofits and churches — just ask for a code and we’ll set you up.
