We use the same scoring method for every business. Paying does not change your score.

We ask realistic customer questions. We use about 10 questions based on your business and location.

We check whether you appear. Showing up clearly and near the top counts more than a brief mention.

We check your details. We look at facts such as your address, hours, and services. If we cannot verify something, we show “Not enough information” instead of guessing.

We calculate your overall score. It is 70% how often you appear and 30% whether your details are right.

Is the check really free?
Yes. Your score and your most important next step are free — no card or sign-in. We ask for your email so we can send the report. The full plan adds ongoing tracking (automatic monthly checks and email alerts when AI names you noticeably less often, more checked answers include a wrong business detail, or a different competitor appears most often) for $39/month.
How accurate is the score?
We test about 10 common customer questions with up to five AI tools. Results can change over time. Your report separates how often you appear from whether your details are right. If we cannot verify something, we show “Not enough information” instead of guessing.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don’t sell your information, and paying never changes your score. We keep only what we need to run the service, deliver reports, manage subscriptions, and prevent misuse.
